Required Skills: •Lead comprehensive end-to-end analyses on high-stakes, often ambiguous questions, from problem framing to delivering actionable recommendations and impact measurement. •Design intuitive dashboards and reporting frameworks that empower stakeholders to independently answer routine questions, recognizing when dashboards are appropriate or insufficient. •Establish and uphold high standards for analytical rigor, methodology, and documentation, setting an example for the team through quality work and peer reviews. •Apply advanced statistical methods, experimentation design, and causal inference techniques to strengthen conclusions and insights. •Operate across multiple business domains, maintaining credibility and understanding in each area, rather than specializing narrowly. •Partner with leadership to identify opportunities where data can drive efficiency, growth, and improved outcomes, including unasked questions that could reveal new insights. •Collaborate closely with analytics engineers on data modeling efforts, influencing data warehouse design and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. •Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise language suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent professional experience. •Hands-on expertise with modern cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar. •Proficiency in SQL at an expert level. •Strong Python skills for statistical analysis and modeling. •Advanced experience with BI tools like Looker, including LookML, dashboard creation, and semantic layer design. •Knowledge of experimentation design, causal inference, and statistical methodologies. •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with analytics engineers on data modeling and warehouse architecture. •Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into clear insights for diverse audiences.
