Required Skills: •Join Mass General Brigham’s Population Health Services Organization Analytics team and help turn complex healthcare data into insights that improve outcomes, inform strategy, and support value-based care programs. •PHSO Analytics is the data and analytics function within MGB Digital supporting Mass General Brigham’s Population Health Services Organization. The team delivers end-to-end analytics for value-based care programs, with a focus on improving clinical outcomes, managing cost and utilization, and optimizing performance in risk-based contracts. •Collect, clean, and transform large, complex data sets from multiple sources to support analysis and reporting. •Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and plan data analytics and reporting solutions for assigned business units or functional areas. •Mentor and train other data analysts, sharing best practices and strengthening team capabilities. •Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data, and translate findings into clear explanations and recommendations. •Create clear, concise, and visually compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports. •Present complex data and analytical findings in a meaningful, accessible way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Snowflake, data visualization, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau required. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex workflows and data insights to diverse audiences required. •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. •Operational familiarity with risk adjustment models such as CMS-HCC or DxCG is a plus. •Knowledge of value-based care models is a plus. •Project management experience or related skills are a plus. •Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, including variance analysis and statistical significance testing is preferred. •Healthcare experience, particularly with electronic medical record data or claims data, is preferred. •Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours. •Hybrid work model: On-site at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA four times per month. There is no set schedule for on-site days and it is flexible.
