Required Skills: •Identify, define, and document key performance metrics for digital products, ensuring consistent and repeatable KPI definitions. •Clean, model, and prepare data from the enterprise data warehouse and other primary sources using SQL, Python/Pandas, and Databricks. •Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate product performance to stakeholders. •Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests by gathering and analyzing data to answer business and operational questions. •Communicate analytical findings through clear written summaries, presentations, and discussions with product, clinical, and operational teams. •Partner cross-functionally with data scientists and analytics staff to operationalize data workflows and support modeling efforts. •Partner with product teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data‑driven recommendations. •Participate in departmental meetings, cross‑functional committees, and quality/service improvement initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. •Strong data modeling and analysis skills, including experience with Databricks, Python/Pandas, and SQL. •Proficiency working with large relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred). •Advanced Power BI skills, including building dashboards, visuals, and DAX measures. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
