Required Skills: •Be the subject matter expert in reporting and analytics within the Business Analytics team. •Act as primary subject matter export on reporting tools and enterprise standards •Master data visualization tools, methodologies, and best practices to create and maintain impactful reports and dashboards •Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to help collect requirements, drive key questions, and continue to iterate as business evolves •Perform moderately complex curation of data across several databases and legacy source systems. •Clean, standardize, and enrich data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability in alignment with business and data governance standards. •Partner cross-functionally with data owners and IT teams to understand data lineage and ensure the integrity and reliability of curated datasets. •Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, and data integration platforms to consolidate and transform data for reporting, analytics, and operational use. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or related business quantitative studies. •Possess working knowledge and hold experience in relational databases. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated application of statistical analysis in creating recommendations and identifying solutions •Extensive experience developing and maintaining Analytical Dashboards and Data Workflows •Very Strong Excel skills especially working with pivot tables (Power Pivot a plus), statistical, and financial analysis •Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects. •Demonstrated capacity to take on diverse ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests with varying complexity and scope •Able to effectively present analytic products to business users. •Proficient level analysis skills including the ability to identify patterns, potential issues, and translation of the same into functional requirements or plans Compensation: •$75,000 - $85,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
