Required Skills: •Develop deep expertise in a specific manufacturer program or internal domain, including enrollment funnel, payer details, fulfillment processes, and data management. •Manage scheduled reporting such as weekly and monthly program reports, ensuring data accuracy before distribution. •Conduct timely analysis by tracing questions through claim adjudication, prior authorizations, prescription changes, and fulfillment records. •Document metric definitions and maintain consistency in reporting. •Create dashboards using Looker and support BI platform migration efforts. •Handle protected health information (PHI) according to compliance standards, using minimum necessary access. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to clarify vague inquiries into answerable questions and provide results with appropriate context. •Strong validation skills to ensure data accuracy and integrity. •Clear communication skills for summarizing findings to non-technical stakeholders. •Proficiency in SQL beyond basic queries, including window functions and aggregation. •Curiosity about healthcare and pharmacy operations. •Preferred but not required: experience with pharmacy, claims, or payer data; dbt transformation logic; Looker or LookML; Snowflake; Python; and client-facing analytics. •The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
