Required Skills: •We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. •This role supports data standardization, reconciliation, dashboard population, and metrics reporting for the real property portfolio. •Build and maintain spreadsheets extracting and organizing GFEBS data for financial analysis of acquisitions, space utilization, acquisition type, asset configuration and allocation, and user status. •Populate and support inventory metric dashboards. •Support quarterly data gap reconciliations. •Provide real-time data support in the form of spreadsheets and reports. Qualifications: •Clearance: No security clearance required; all work is performed at the Unclassified level.
