Required Skills: •Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. •Create and maintain data catalogs to standardize and document data sources, attributes, and lineage. •Develop and manage data dictionaries to ensure consistent definitions and proper usage of data elements. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions. •Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. •Ensure data quality by performing data cleaning, validation, and standardization. •Contribute to the improvement of data governance practices and compliance with data privacy regulations. •Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic planning and operational efficiencies. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience in working with large data sets and advanced analytics techniques. •Operational familiarity with cloud-based data platforms is a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain a Security Clearance •A fast-paced multi-tasking customer service oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities.
