This individual will play a key role in advancing reporting automation, process improvement, forecasting, and performance measurement initiatives across the organization. •This position reports to the Director, Air Contracting & Analytics •Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions that support operational and commercial decision-making. •Build new data visualization capabilities and continuously enhance existing reporting to improve usability and business impact. •Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities. •Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions. •Drive automation of recurring reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
