Required Skills: •We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in retail banking and payment systems and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. This hybrid role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of banking and payment-related projects leveraging Dynamics 365. •Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for retail banking and payment processes. •Azure DevOps Backlog Refinement: Maintain and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items for development teams. •Solution Design Support: Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Customer Service, Payments). •Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices. •Integration & Data Management: Support integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party applications. •Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements. •Documentation & Training: Prepare user guides, process documentation, and deliver training sessions for end-users.
