Required Skills: •Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Cyber Architecture & Engineering teams supporting Cloud Security initiatives. •Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives. •Establish and maintain effective Scrum processes, delivery rhythms, and Agile best practices. •Partner closely with Product Owners, security architects, security engineers, cloud teams, and technical stakeholders. •Maintain team focus and prioritization across complex cybersecurity initiatives. •Identify and remove blockers, risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments. •Escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution across technical and organizational teams. •Coordinate work across Cybersecurity, Cloud, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, and other technology organizations. Qualifications: •Strong practical knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, principles, and delivery practices •Cybersecurity, Security Engineering, Security Architecture, Cloud Security, or closely related technical environments •Solid functional working knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies •Demonstrated capacity to understand technical discussions involving security architecture, cloud infrastructure, engineering, and cybersecurity dependencies. •For backlog management, sprint planning, work tracking, and Agile reporting. •Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills. •Demonstrated ability to challenge teams appropriately, escalate blockers, manage dependencies, and drive delivery without direct authority. •Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification.
