Hiring: Cyber Support Specialist 742 Company: Freedom Technology Solutions Group, LLC Location: Chantilly, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 19:03:10 Target Skills & Keywords : Linux, TestNG About the job Required Skills: •The Contractor shall assist the Sponsor with shepherding multiple IT systems through the Assessment and Accreditation (A&A) processes. •The Contractor shall assist with continuous monitoring of IT systems that are required to sustain accreditation of these systems. •The Contractor shall be knowledgeable in Networking, Linux, Windows, Log analysis, Malware detection and mitigations, and the A&A process of systems. •The Contractor shall collaborate with Sponsor personnel to improve Sponsor requested metrics. •The Contractor shall provide responses to questions from system cyber security managers. •The Contractor shall create A&A documentation such as System Cyber Security Plans (SSP) and Continuous Monitoring plans. •The Contractor shall identify countermeasures to the latest IT threats. •The Contractor shall identify potential exploitation vulnerabilities and propose mitigation approaches for ongoing IT operations. •The Contractor shall perform configurations of cyber security related systems. •The Contractor shall utilize various cyber security tools to perform log analysis, cyber security incident response, vulnerability scanning, and automation of repetitive tasking's. •The Contractor shall decompose customer requirements into technical solutions. •The Contractor shall participate and brief at information systems architectural boards at the Group level. •The Contractor shall work in a 24 hour, 7 day (on-call rotation) a week environment providing in-depth Tier 2 and Tier 3 level support and problem resolution for technology products and applications. •The Contractor shall coordinate engineering projects including performing technical risk assessment, de-conflict implementations, and resolve technical questions or conflicts. •Required Skills: Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience with creating and maintaining integrated master schedules. •Demonstrated experience with offens Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
