Required Skills: •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of cybersecurity experience. •Proven success leading client-facing engagements in consulting, managed services, or professional services environments. •Deep experience with: •Identity and Access Management (IAM) •Privileged Access Management (PAM) •Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) •Authentication and Federation •Identity Lifecycle Management •Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive improvements. •Strong understanding of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. •Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills. •Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. •Experience with cloud identity technologies across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP. •Experience with one or more leading Identity platforms, including: CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, MSSP or Managed Security Services environments (preferred). •One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CyberArk Certifications, SailPoint Certifications, Microsoft Identity Certifications (preferred).
