Qualifications: •Significant experience in FP&A, GTM Finance, or business finance, with strong preference for supporting a Services, Support, Technical Services, or Logistics-related organization. •Proven ability to influence senior leaders through clear thinking, strong business judgment, and high-quality analysis. •Demonstrated success operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the problem is not always well defined upfront. •Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and analytics skills, with a track record of turning analysis into decisions and outcomes. •Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across multiple teams and drive work forward without relying on formal authority alone. •Sound controllership instincts, including attention to data integrity, risk identification, and process discipline. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for senior audiences and tailor the message to the moment. •A high bar for ownership, pace, and follow-through. •, Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
