Required Skills: •Support and administer the Dotti platform following customer onboarding, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and alignment with Client Services processes. •Manage all client database components, including locations, products, profiles, budgets, searches, attributes, brands, and related system configurations. •Configure and maintain Dotti Shop functionality, including catalogs, categories, offers, pricing structures, discounts, customizable items, and variable-data solutions. •Manage user access, roles, permissions, settings, and media assets to ensure effective platform governance and customer support. •Test system releases, validate functionality, and implement new platform features and enhancements. •Support large-scale customer programs, including multi-location distributions, custom kit configurations, and location-specific pack-outs. •Partner with Production, Scheduling, Kit Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure technology setup supports manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution requirements. •Translate customer data and business requirements into scalable workflows that support order intake, production execution, and operational efficiency.
