Now we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help bring that mission to more customers than ever. •Develop detailed understanding of the Omni CleanAir portfolio of products to effectively educate and guide customers. •Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals. •Actively facilitate and support commercial team in expanding distribution and feet on the street through partnerships. •Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and answering customer queries. •Data and order entry, invoicing and sales operations reporting, with a sense of timeliness and ensuring the highest-level of accuracy. •Work closely with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges. •Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications: •High school diploma/GED. Associates degree or higher preferred. •Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. •Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. •Excellent phone and cold calling skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. •Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales, customer success, account management or similar position. •Being physically present and available at our Monroe location. •Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. •Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
