Hiring: Customer Success Specialist - Detroit, MI Company: Seegrid Location: Detroit, MI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 16:32:19 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Linux About the job Required Skills: •The Customer Success Specialist role is based out of Detroit, MI and may require up to 80% travel. •Possess a unique combination of hands-on problem solving, analytical thinking and a customer-service spirit •Manage and conduct all on-site training and adoption support activities •Partner with Seegrid Support, Engineering and Field Service teams to provide the best possible resolution to customer concerns •Interface directly with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing dynamic environment •Coach customer staff on safety, operation and application details •Maintain detailed daily record keeping and reporting, including resolutions implemented, records of time, expenses and materials •Prepare for customer trainings by reviewing and gaining an in-depth understanding of the application(s) to be supported Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, communications, or a related field; a background in a technical discipline (electrical/mechanical technology, engineering) is a plus but not required •Genuine enthusiasm for building customer relationships and a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to and interface with clients at all levels •Comfortable working independently on-site within dynamic industrial and warehouse settings (noise, physical activity and extended periods on your feet) •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed •Comfortable with Windows and proficient in Microsoft Office; aptitude and eagerness to learn technical products quickly •Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a genuine willingness to learn on the job •Demonstrated capacity to travel extensively (approximately 80%), both domestically and internationally (Canada/Mexico); valid passport and clean driving record required •Highly responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision •Must be a highly responsible individual who can work independently and with minimal supervision Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
