Required Skills: •Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships with business and IT leaders, including executive-level stakeholders. •Partner closely with the broader Customer Account Team, including the Account Manager and Technical Account Manager, to deliver a coordinated and exceptional customer experience. •Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, operating model, strategic priorities, and retail environment, including why they selected Blue Yonder and how our solutions can address their most critical supply chain challenges. •Lead collaborative discovery to develop Value Success Plans that define business objectives, measurable value drivers, and outcomes across the customer's Blue Yonder solution landscape. •Ensure customers successfully implement, adopt, and realize value from their contracted Blue Yonder solutions. •Establish strategic engagement cadences across solution areas and maintain strong internal alignment around customer priorities and progress. •Lead the development and delivery of Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), focusing discussions on business outcomes, value realization, strategic priorities, and future opportunities. •Proactively identify and mitigate customer attrition risks, coordinating internal and external action plans to protect and strengthen customer relationships.
