This position requires a candidate that delivers excellent service standards and maintains high organizational standards. •Processing product returns credits, debits, denials and maintaining supporting spreadsheets •Sorting, matching, and distributing of daily generated credit memos and supporting documentation •Reception support, including phone coverage and guest intake •Providing commercial invoice and export documentation for customer orders crossing international borders •Preparing and mailing invoices and statements daily •Maintaining files and records both physically and virtually so they remain updated and easily accessible •Monitor stock of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report shortages Qualifications: •Proficient in PC business applications such as MS Office. Word and Excel experience is required. •Must be capable of using AS/400 based system, J.D.
