Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is required and seven or more years of professional experience in customer insights, market intelligence, operations, consultative services, communications, analytics, general business, or a related field; or advanced degree with five or more years of professional experience. •Three or more years of project management experience required. •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without direct authority, and drive results. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs. •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. •Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment. •Demonstrated ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives, making timely decisions that consider broader business impacts and support sustainable outcomes. •Foundational understanding of the energy and utility industry. •Proven ability to synthesize disparate data sources into a clear, cohesive perspective that informs decision-making and drives results.
