Required Skills: •Primary Functional Responsibilities Can Include •Translate complex data into clear business recommendations, including customer-level, SKU-level, ship-to-level, and network-level insights. •Use tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Excel, Power BI, SAP/BW, EDI, Celonis, and other analytics platforms to investigate issues, summarize findings, and support continuous improvement. •Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting, improved logistics efficiency and efficient inventory replenishment. •Lead and support process improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, service level enhancement, and operational efficiency. •Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership. •Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to identify trends, root causes, service risks, and improvement opportunities across order management, replenishment, inventory, and logistics. •Support order execution and exception management by using data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve service issues, improve process reliability, and reduce recurring manual intervention. Qualifications: •Solid problem-solving and analytical skills required. •Proficiency with MS Office, including advanced Excel required. •University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. •Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working on multi-functional teams preferred. •Demonstrated ability and desire to learn and optimize new systems and applications preferred. •A customer-centric mindset, with customer-facing working experience is preferred. •Business applications preferred, such as BW, EDI, Celonis or other ERP Systems. •Process Excellence training or certification such as Lean, Six Sigma is preferred. •Strong project management skills are preferred.
