Serves as the voice of the customer. Provides guidance to concentrate the Scrum Team(s) effort on correct priorities based on business value. •Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to meet business objectives. •Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience serving as a Product Owner within an Agile environment •Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment •Technical aptitude supporting backend platforms, enterprise systems, or complex data-driven solutions •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively within Agile and Scrum frameworks •Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Change Navigator, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint •Advanced communication skills, including the ability to interpret complex technical discussions and translate them into clear, business-focused documentation and presentations •Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
