Qualifications: •Adequate skills to perform required job functions with minimal supervision and ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports. •Demonstrated capacity to operate equipment as needed including buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high-pressure washers, high-speed buffers, vacuums, and manual pallet jacks for cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, and furniture. •Demonstrated capacity to perform all duties in a timely and effective manner and stand for long periods of time on a regular basis. •Team player with ability to cooperate and work with other employees to make an effective team, share information and ideas, follow safety procedures, and identify and understand quality criteria for task performance. •Able to work in a customer service environment interacting with the client with good interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism and courtesy. •Proficient with computer-based systems and programs, including Microsoft Office and Outlook, for documentation, communication, and reporting purposes. •Previous custodial or facilities maintenance experience demonstrating knowledge of established cleaning practices, procedures, and quality standards for commercial or corporate environments. •Proven ability to identify quality problems, document activities accurately on daily logs, and contribute to continuous improvement of cleaning operations and team effectiveness.
