Hiring: Curriculum and Instruction Manager Company: Denver Public Schools Location: Denver Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:09:24 About the job Experience: •2+ years of management responsibility Required Skills: •Collaboratively creates and implements the comprehensive vision and strategic plan for the Humanities team in partnership with the Schools Team, schools, and other academic departments. •Develops the capacity of district specialists to provide exemplary customer service, school support, and professional learning opportunities to schools on equitable and linguistically responsive instruction, curriculum and assessment. •Analyze student achievement data to determine how to better develop materials and provide targeted, high quality teacher and school supports. •Collaboratively implements the district assessment strategy; provides professional learning to district specialists and directors of schools on assessments. •Builds a strong team culture grounded in district values and a commitment to excellence and service to schools. •Develops partnerships with the Schools Team to ensure impactful deployment of the district Humanities instructional specialists. •Informs the Humanities Director of progress on work streams, projects and issues as they arise. •Assists in the preparation and review of presentations, summaries, required reports, data and other documents needed for distribution to Teaching and Learning, district senior leadership, other departments, and community.
