Required Skills: •Coordinates and supports employee events, celebrations, and recognition activities, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, setup, breakdown, and on-site support. •Assists with employee participation in culture initiatives and events. Helps gather informal feedback and observations and communicate insights to leadership for awareness and follow-up. •Supports the employee engagement platform by assisting with platform adoption, engagement activities, content updates, and participation tracking. Maintain a functional understanding of platform capabilities and supports basic data reporting in partnership with platform owners and leadership. •Assists with tracking participation, engagement metrics, and event feedback. Compiles data and basic reports for review by leadership. •Performs other job-related duties as assigned. •Strong ability to multitask, demonstrate flexibility, maintain confidentiality, and uphold strong professional ethics. •Effective analytical, planning, organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills. •Attention to detail and consistency when managing employee-facing communications and experiences. Qualifications: •: A high school diploma or GED is required. An Associates degree in a business related field is preferred.
