Hiring: CT Technologist, Full-Time Days or Evenings and PRN available Company: UChicago Medicine Location: Chicago, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:07:36 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : BLS About the job Experience: •1 year of prior CT experience Required Skills: •Be a part of a world-class academic health-care system at University of Chicago Medicine as a Computerized Tomography Scanner Technologist (CT) •Eligible for up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus •Performs imaging duties as assigned. •Performs computed tomography procedures according to set protocols established by radiologists. •Evaluates the request for procedures and assesses the patient to determine the appropriate procedure protocol and method of application. •Appropriately employs imaging systems, accessory devices, and patient positioning techniques to generate quality images. •Cares for the patient throughout the procedure according to department and hospital standards of patient care and age-specific sensitivities. •Participates in lifting and transporting patients to and from imaging devices.
