This position assists in maintaining safe, compliant, and functional facilities that support the School's missions of research, medical education, and clinical training. •Facilities Operations & Building Maintenance •Assist in maintaining the daily operation of School of Medicine-owned and leased facilities to ensure safe, functional, and compliant environments for research, education, and administrative activities. •Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs, operational concerns, and safety issues. •Troubleshoot facility-related problems and coordinate corrective actions under the direction of the Facilities Manager. •Assist with monitoring building performance and recommending operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. •Research Infrastructure Support Qualifications: •Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary •University Title: CSM PROFESSIONAL I •Internal applicants can determine their university title by accessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR. •In addition to the Online Application, please provide Resume and cover letter. •Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
