Required Skills: •Fabletics is looking for a CRM Specialist. •How Do You Fit In? •Report to the Sr. Manager, CRM and will partner closely with several cross-functional teams (Creative, Data/Analytics, Ops, Brand Marketing). •Lead and oversee coordinating multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, and Mobile App) from concept to successful execution. •Pull and organize campaign performance data and help frame insights and recommend next steps/future actions. •Use AI tools to build, streamline, and improve day-to-day CRM workflows and bring new ideas for where automation can save time or improve quality. •Submit and manage creative tickets/briefs as needed, ensuring assets are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time. •Stay current on CRM/lifecycle marketing trends and best practices, including emerging AI applications in marketing. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
