Required Skills: •Serve as lead business product owner for CRM capabilities supporting North America Institutional and Intermediary businesses. •Own roadmap prioritization with the Head of CRM & Sales Enablement and key business stakeholders, translating objectives into requirements, user stories, process designs, and delivery plans. •Partner with business, technology, operations, and data teams across solution design, testing, rollout, and optimization. •Promote data quality and governance in partnership with data stewardship and operations teams. •Use business outcomes, adoption measures, and user feedback to guide priorities and improve platform value. •Build trusted relationships across sales leadership, consultant relations, relationship management, operations, data, and technology. •Align North America distribution stakeholders and CRM delivery teams, facilitating decisions across competing priorities. •Identify opportunities to improve client coverage, sales workflows, and commercial effectiveness through CRM, analytics, process improvement, and practical AI-enabled capabilities. Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of asset management distribution, with experience supporting Institutional and/or Intermediary client coverage teams. •Demonstrated success translating business needs into delivered technology capabilities and measurable outcomes. •Strong stakeholder leadership, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive decisions. •Salesforce experience, including familiarity with configuration, reporting, automation, and governance sufficient to assess tradeoffs and partner with administrators and developers. •Relevant Salesforce, Product Owner, Product Management, CFA, CIMA, or related certifications are a plus. •Applicants must be authorized and have the right to work in the country where the role is located without the need for current or future sponsorship.
