Hiring: Critical Operations Manager Company: Meta Location: Newton County, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-09 17:58:20 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords: Critical Facilities Operations, Data Center Operations, Team Management, Maintenance Management Programs (CMMS/EAM), Incident Response, Root Cause Analysis, EHS Compliance, Construction Support, Mechanical (HVAC), AI Tools Integration, Prompt/Context Engineering, Agent Orchestration Experience: - 8+ years of experience in critical facilities operations - 3+ years of experience in team management - 7+ years of experience in a data center or other critical environment (preferred) Required Skills: - Proficient with maintenance management programs - Ability to develop and execute tactical and strategic plans for operating, maintaining, and modernizing physical infrastructure - Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills - Incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation - Knowledge of work management processes, including CMMS and EAM, and industry standards - Ability to develop and maintain incident response programs, emergency operating procedures, and business continuity plans - Physical ability to walk on flat and uneven terrain, work at varying heights and from ladders, lift and/or move 45 pounds or more regularly, and perform tasks involving reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling Qualifications: - Experience managing a team of Lead Building Engineers, Critical Facility Engineers, and Facility Project Manager - Familiarity with equipment utilized in critical environments - Experience supporting environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs - Experience supporting construction project execution (new & retrofit) in a data center - Equipment field service engineering experience (preferred) - Trade Certification or state license in Mechanical (HVAC) (preferred) - Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (preferred) - Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) (preferred) - Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (preferred) - Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%), with more travel possible during onboarding Compensation: - Base pay range: $143,000.00/yr - $198,000.00/yr Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
