Required Skills: •Two (2) years of Quality Assurance or Medical Records experience required •One (1) year in a management / supervisory role preferred. •One (1) year of mental health experience preferred. •Valid California Driver’s License with an eligible driving record per company policy. •Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment. •How You Will Make a Difference •Participates and aids in the development of improved QA processes/procedures. Coordinates with Research, Program Practices, Electronic Medical Record, and Finance Departments. Oversees the Continuous Quality Assurance program and records all CQI data. •The Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) is a place where people experiencing a mental health crisis can go to be stabilized. These facilities operate 24/7 to provide crisis stabilization.
