Qualifications: •The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, understanding that the strongest crisis management programs are built long before they're needed. •Building or maturing enterprise crisis management, emergency management, business continuity, resilience, or related programs. •Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that require influence rather than direct authority. •Developing executive briefings, governance frameworks, operational playbooks, or strategic response plans. •Partnering effectively with senior leaders and diverse business functions to solve complex organizational challenges. •Leveraging technology, data, and innovation to improve operational effectiveness and organizational preparedness. •Translating lessons learned into sustainable improvements that strengthen long-term organizational capability. •Rather than treating qualifications as a checklist, we value demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and a proven ability to build and influence enterprise programs.
