Required Skills: •Lead Credit Review Examinations •Execute and deliver risk-based credit review engagements across Global Commercial Banking, Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Markets, Japanese Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Securitized Products, and Transaction Banking. •Evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk management practices, borrower risk ratings, and portfolio monitoring activities. •Assess compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established credit standards. •Develop examination scopes, objectives, testing procedures, and work plans. •Maintain the credit review risk universe and support ongoing risk assessment activities. •Deliver examination engagements with appropriate coverage based on identified risks. •Produce executive-level examination reports with clear conclusions and actionable recommendations. Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of corporate credit risk management and lending practices. •Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive report writing. •Demonstrated capacity to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. •Preferred degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. •Advanced degree preferred.
