Educate team members on data usage, metadata, and data standards. •Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and drive cost efficiencies through automation and streamlining of reports to eliminate redundancy and duplication. •Evaluate current processes and modeling tools, identify areas for improvement, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions within areas of responsibility. •Act as a liaison between the Credit and IT departments during the implementation of new programs or software. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business unit requirements and IT capabilities. •Recommend and establish standards, guidelines, and procedures to enhance system and reporting efficiency. •Design, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and usability of the credit process procedure manual.
