Integrity, service, excellence, education and teamwork are the values that define the culture at Chandler Asset Management. •What’s the job all about? •Produce written fundamental credit analysis on issuers across various sectors, predominately in the corporate sector and may include the securitized and municipal sectors on an ad hoc basis. •Assess financial statements, cash flow projections, debt structures, and industry risks to determine creditworthiness. •Maintain and assist in developing credit models to track key financial metrics and risk indicators. •Actively participate in the Credit Committee. Ability to produce concise, well supported credit reports and effectively present investment recommendations, issuer reviews, and credit updates to the Credit Committee and Investment Team. •Actively engage and meet with company management of issuers on Chandler’s coverage universe list. Qualifications: •Perform other duties as assigned. •This Team Member Will Have •A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field required, progress towards the CFA designation preferred, with a demonstrated commitment to professional development in investments and fixed income markets. •Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory environments.
