Required Skills: •Use Moody's Analytics Software to review, assess, and provide a third party perspective of analysis to determine the overall credit worthiness of Agriculture and Commercial credits. •Input financial information, perform comparative analysis with previous financials, spread and analyze cash flows, analyze trends, assess and validate collateral, and calculate credit risk rating. This information will be used to determine the degree of risk in extending credit. •Prepare written documentation of analysis and trend observations in the bank required format. Clearly communicate credit analysis outcomes both verbally and in writing. •Interface directly with Lending Personnel to ensure accurate and timely completion of all credit documentation. •Stays abreast of current industry, economic, and agricultural conditions to be able to incorporate that information into loan presentations. •Work as a team with departmental counterparts on planning and implementing assigned projects and products. •Participate on various committees and project teams as deemed appropriate by management. •Attend, actively participate in organization, job specific training offered, and Quality Service programs. Qualifications: •A Bachelor's Degree in a related field. •Applicable experience and/or related certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.
