Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to adapt to growing business needs and structural changes. •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. •In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial statement analysis. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze commercial and consumer financial statements and tax returns for individuals and business entities. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; experience with nCino and core banking systems (e.g., Horizon) preferred. •Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analysis to loan committee and senior leadership.
