Required Skills: •6+ years in operations, governance, product operations, strategy operations, research operations or related functions. •Proven ability to support globally distributed teams, anticipating stakeholder needs and keeping work moving across time zones with clear communication and strong follow-through. •Strong judgment in ambiguous, sensitive or fast-moving environments. •Excellent written communication, synthesis and executive-level briefing skills. •Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams. •Highly organized, analytical and accountable, with practical risk, dependency and action tracking experience.
