Required Skills: •Read AI is looking for a Brand & Creative Designer who can make a sophisticated AI product clear, compelling, and impossible to scroll past. •Evolve Read AI's visual identity as the company grows beyond the AI meeting-notetaker category, with a flexible system that works across consumer, prosumer, team, and enterprise audiences. •Build guidelines, templates, and reusable components that let teams move faster without a visual free-for-all — and keep consistency across web, campaigns, social, video, events, and sales materials. •Create and edit short-form video for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, product education, and launches. •Turn complex workflows into concise demos that show, not describe, why Read matters. Same for customer education on key features and integrations. •Spin multiple hooks, lengths, crops, captions, and CTAs out of one core concept, combining product capture, motion graphics, voiceover, founder footage, and creator assets. •Build a process that supports both rapid social output and higher-production launch moments — and know when lo-fi will outperform polish. •Design for each platform's conventions rather than resizing one asset for every channel.
