Monitor, organize and maintain inventory of company product at multiple branch locations. •Complete material receiving activities for shipments between locations or direct from the mill •Coordinate movement of material from stock to processing to support production requirements •Operate material handling equipment as necessary to support movement of material •Perform accurate and timely data entry within the inventory management system regarding material movements •Prepare and maintain appropriate inventory identification tags •Complete material consolidation tasks, including supermarket •Identify material shortages and issues, and communicate to appropriate staff Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) •Demonstrated capacity to read and write English and perform basic math problems •Basic computer skills for data entry into inventory management system •Demonstrated capacity to use tape measure and calipers for material inspection/measurement •Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in written work and data entry •Demonstrated capacity to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation •Certification to operate material handling equipment, examples include forklift, side-loader, 4-directional lift, or cherry-picker •Some college course work, leading toward completion of degree •Previous experience safely operating a variety of material handling equipment Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
