Hiring: Counterintelligence (CI) Officer Company: VT Group (VTG) Location: McLean, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 12:19:48 About the job Experience: •Demonstrated capacity to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings •Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries’ intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT •Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods •Operational familiarity with the concepts involved in CI risk analysis including insider threat detection •Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of intelligence operations to include risk assessment Required Skills: •VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $140,000 - $195,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
