Required Skills: •Provide legal support for direct-response insurance programs, including product design and development, policy and form review, distribution, sales and advertising materials, and ongoing regulatory compliance. •Advise on property and casualty insurance matters and help develop the team’s capabilities in emerging surplus-lines products and distribution models. •Serve as a resource and liaison for market conduct matters affecting Affinity Solutions, including state regulatory inquiries, examinations, and coordination with compliance and regulatory partners. •Monitor and analyze legislative, regulatory, and industry developments and translate complex legal requirements into practical, easy-to-understand guidance for management, business partners, and external clients. •Support debt protection, credit insurance, bank partnership, and digital lending matters, including applicable federal and state consumer financial protection laws and regulations. •Draft and negotiate business-related agreements and participate in strategic projects, new product initiatives, trade association activities, and other matters supporting Affinity Solutions. •Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
