But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities. •How You'll Spend Your Time •Assisting in the preparation of cost segregation studies for newly acquired, constructed, renovated, and existing real estate properties. •Reviewing construction cost documentation, depreciation schedules, invoices, fixed asset records, and other supporting documentation. •Analyzing building components and asset classifications under applicable tax guidance and depreciation rules. •Assisting with property site visits and documenting building systems, land improvements, and specialized assets. •Preparing workpapers, calculations, and supporting schedules for cost segregation reports.
