Required Skills: •Conduct thorough cost accounting analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall financial performance. •Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and account transactions using ERP systems. Qualifications: •The successful applicant will hold a 4-year degree in Finance or a related discipline along with proven Cost Analyst experience of 5-10 years within the manufacturing industry. •Ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of cost accounting analysis and financial concepts. •DoD experience is a big plus. •Extensive experience with financial report writing, data collection, and account reconciliation processes. •Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite •, or Oracle, or SAP, along with advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel), business intelligence tools, and financial software. •Solid knowledge of GAAP standards, technical accounting practices, double entry bookkeeping, and general ledger reconciliation procedures. •Demonstrated ability to perform cash flow analysis, budget forecasting, and cost management using sophisticated financial analysis techniques. •Prior experience working in public accounting or corporate finance roles that involve SOX compliance and internal controls is highly desirable. •Seeking local applicants who can work on-site in Richardson, Texas.
