Required Skills: •Lead monthly cost accounting close activities for assigned manufacturing sites and business units. •Prepare, review, and analyze manufacturing variances, including material, labor, overhead, purchase price, and production volume variances. •Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items. •Prepare and post journal entries related to inventory, manufacturing costs, accruals, and other assigned areas. •Support standard cost development, annual cost rolls, and periodic cost updates. •Analyze inventory transactions and balances to ensure costing accuracy and compliance with company policies. •Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range operating plans for manufacturing operations. •Partner with plant management and supply chain leadership to identify cost savings opportunities and improve financial performance.
