Required Skills: •: This position is onsite five days a week in Bethesda, MD. •Source and recruit top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and other tools for departments across Employee Navigator to include Client Support, Software Engineering, Product, QA, and more. •Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. •Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management. •Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences. •Leverage Greenhouse for managing the recruiting process. •Document and update policies and processes on an ongoing basis. •Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects. Qualifications: •A proven track record of delivering results through high volume sourcing of active and passive candidates. •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate and build meaningful work partnerships with multiple stakeholders. •Desire and capability to work with other Recruiters to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational and negotiation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to create a white-glove candidate experience with a service mindset. •Strong people skills with an ability to read both people and situations and use best judgement. •The below posted salary range represents the company’s good-faith estimate of the salary at the time of posting.
