Qualifications: •Minimum of 10 years of Lead Auditor experience operating within a large-scale, global Tier 1 EMS organization (comparable in size, volume, and complexity to Celestica). •Extensive, hands-on background in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). •Deep, demonstrable auditing and implementation experience across ISO 9001 (General QMS), AS9100 (Aerospace), ISO 13485 (Medical Devices), and NADCAP (Special Processes). •Advanced proficiency in RCCA methodologies and statistical quality tools applied to complex manufacturing escapes. •Strong administrative and operational experience with modern digital QMS platforms, document control software, and enterprise quality modules.
