Experience with corporate governance, entity management, private funds (including SEC rules and regulations applicable to RIAs), financial services, or compliance matters preferred. Required Skills: •Assist with administration of the Company's RIA’s fund compliance platform, including quarterly and annual reporting processes (with respect to both the RIA’s internal compliance procedures and any required SEC filings) •Coordinate quarterly valuation and expense allocation meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and meeting minutes •Assist with the monitoring of investment guidelines and restrictions, LP side letter reporting requirements, and other contractual reporting obligations •Maintain compliance records and document repositories •Prepare organizational documents, resolutions, consents, and other governance materials •Coordinate lender, vendor, investor, and financial institution Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and due diligence matters •Support attorneys with special projects and compliance initiatives related to the fund platform •Actively facilitate and support Corporate Secretary function through maintenance of governance records, minute books, and corporate documentation Qualifications: •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field; Paralegal Certification preferred. •Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of employment, education, and other credentials relevant to the position.
