Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. •Minimum of five years of progressive HR leadership experience. •Healthcare human resources experience is required. •Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, HR compliance, workplace investigations, and performance management. •Demonstrated ability to independently manage sensitive and complex employee matters. •Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with executives, administrators, clinical leaders, department heads, and facility-level HR teams. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. •SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
