Hiring: Corporate & External Affairs Analyst Lead Company: FIS Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 16:50:07 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, PLC, Project Management About the job Required Skills: •What You Will Be Doing •Board & Committee Support •Prepare, distribute, and organize board and committee meeting materials via board portals such as Boardvantage •Draft meeting agendas, board notices, resolutions, and secretary certificates •Coordinate logistics and materials for Annual Stockholder and Board meetings •Serve as project manager for deliverables for each quarterly Board meeting •Coordinate all scheduling including internal and external meetings, hotel reservations, meeting space, event planning, air travel, ground transportation, etc. for Board meetings and director orientation/onboarding (when needed) •Serve as a primary point of contact point for all directors’ needs Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience (paralegal and/or ICSA certification preferred) •8 or more years of work experience in a legal or regulatory environment supporting public company governance, board and SEC matters •Board meetings are held twice a year in Jacksonville and twice a year in New York City.
