Required Skills: •Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of internal executive‑level events, including leadership meetings, executive offsites, town halls, and recognition celebrations. •Plan, organize, and execute virtual and hybrid events, including webinars and meetings. •Schedule and run cross-functional planning meetings and provide logistical support and operations consultation, as needed. •Manage registration-related tasks, from site development to creating invitations to reporting. •Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, production, AV, technology, food & beverage, transportation, and on‑site execution. •Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing post-event analysis and reports, as needed. •Manage financial administration, including processing invoices and budget reconciliation. •Ensure adherence to procurement, legal, and compliance guidelines. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field.
